Description

The SMD solder paste ISO-Cream® “EL 42/58” is a no-clean special solder paste that is particularly suitable for soldering temperature-sensitive components. Qualitative variations in the solderability of soldering contact surfaces on printed circuit boards and components are tolerated. The flux residues (ROL1) have very high surface resistance values.
