Description

The cable flux ISO-Flux® “KF-32“ is a flux for immersion tinning of bare and tinned copper litz wires based on organic, halogen-free activators and resins, dissolved in alcohol. Compared to conventional fluxes, it is characterised by the fact that absolutely partial tinning can be produced.
