Lead-free solid solder wire for automatic feeding in selective soldering systems. The advantages of NiGe-doped SnCu solders are combined here with the properties of lead-free SAC solders. A particular advantage is the low melting temperature of 217 -219 °C in combination with the oxide-reducing effect of germanium and the grain-refining effect of nickel.
