Lead-free soldering in wave and selective soldering systems. In addition to the well-known advantages of Ni-doped solders, our alloy achieves improved wetting through the addition of germanium and has the lowest dross formation compared to all other lead-free solders. ISO-Tin® ‘Sn100Ni+” has a wide soldering temperature window and can be used in wave soldering from 265°C as well as in dip soldering processes up to 450°C.
