Description

The germanium content in wave, selective and HASL soldering systems is adjusted with the FELDER deoxidation concentrate “Ge1”. “Ge1” is also used to convert lead-free standard solders to FELDER NiGe electronic solders. Ge consumption is highly dependent on the soldering technology used.
