ISO-Flux® ‘ClearWave’ is resin-free and therefore suitable for wave soldering systems with spray fluxers as well as for selective soldering systems, especially with dropjet fluxers. Resinification of the spray or jet nozzles can be ruled out. With a solids content of 2.0 %, the flux is virtually residue-free.
