ISO-Flux®”ELS 3320-22″ is a resin-free, halogen-free, alcohol-based no-clean flux with a reduced solid content of 2.7 %. It is suitable for machine soldering of printed circuit boards with standard and SMD components. It has good activation properties and excellent spreading properties on all common soldering surfaces.
