Description
FELDER ISO-Flux® “ELR 3420” (solids content 3.5 %) is a halogen-free, alcohol-based no-clean flux for the machine soldering of printed circuit boards with standard and SMD components in conjunction with leaded and lead-free electronic solders. It has good activation properties and leads to very good solder wetting. ISO-Flux® “ELR 3420” is highly temperature-stable and therefore ideally suited for lead-free soldering technology. The preferred flux application is foam fluxing.
