Description

Eutectic tin-copper electronic solder with nickel and germanium doping with the best price-performance ratio. The experience of our customers shows that the use of nitrogen in the soldering process is not necessary. ISO-Tin®”Sn100-403C” has a wide soldering temperature window and can be used in wave soldering from 265 °C and also in dip soldering processes up to 350 °C.
