ISO-Tin® “Sn100-403CS+” has a wide soldering temperature window and can be used in the wave soldering area from 265°C as well as in the dip soldering process up to 350°C. However, increased germanium consumption must be expected with increasing soldering temperature! ISO-Tin®”Sn100-403CS+” compensates for this germanium consumption in the soldering process.
