Description
Lead-free Alloy for the tinning of varnished copper wires in dip and selective soldering machines at high solder temperatures above 350°C (e.g. soldering at coil bodies or in the transformer construction). Due to the Ni-content in our lead-free high-temperature solder ISO-Tin® “Sn98Ni+”, the copper dealloying will significantly be reduced compared to nickel-free standard solders. The solder bath achieves a longer operating life because “pre-saturation” of the solder with copper.
