ISO-Flux® “Active-Clear” has been specially developped for resoldering works of SMD components. This flux is used for dispenser applications. It distinguishes itself in temperature stability and its high solid content. ISO-Flux® “Actice-Clear” is perfectly suited for resolder works and reparations of SMD components which are conducted at high soldering temperatures and long soldering times.
