The lead-free SMD solder paste ISO-Cream® ‘’Active-Clear‘’ is the L1-version of ISO-Cream® ‘’Clear‘’. In addition to its clear flux residues and optimum printing and dispensing properties, it is characterised by improved wetting on surfaces that are difficult to wet.
