Solid wire for automatic level control in selective soldering systems. In addition to the well-known advantages of Ni-doped solders, our alloy achieves improved wetting properties and minimal dross formation compared to other lead-free solders thanks to the addition of germanium. ISO-Tin® “Sn100-403C” has a wide soldering temperature window and can be used in selective soldering systems from 285°C as well as in dip soldering processes up to 350°C.
