Lead free soldering in dip and selective soldering systems. Can be used as refill solder for SAC solders with 3.5% silver content. Sn96.5Ag3.5 reduces the Cu content in SAC solders and thus ensures compensation for the Cu input through components, strands and circuit boards. Guaranteed phosphorus-free.
