Description
Lead-free solid solder wire for automatic feeding in selective soldering systems. The advantages of NiGe-doped solders are combined here with those of conventional SAC solders, resulting in improved wetting at a reduced soldering temperature (260 -265 °C in the solder wave). A property that is otherwise only achieved by SAC solders with a high silver content of between 3 and 4%.
