Halide-free, no-clean flux for soft soldering in the electrical engineering, electronic manufacturing and in electronics. The solder oil ISO-Flux® “EL“ is very well suitable for solder and tinning works, which must be conducted at high solder temperatures and long solder time. It is compatible with all common lead-free and lead-containing soft solder alloys. Solder oil ISO-Flux® “EL“ can also be applied as flux in wave soldering machines. The flux residues are non-corrosive and not electrically conducting.
