Halide-containing flux paste for soft soldering in the electrical engineering, electronic manufacturing and partly in electronics. Soldering paste ISO-Flux® “E“ is very well suitable for solder and tinning works, which must be conducted at high solder temperatures and long solder time. The formation of solder icicles are totally prevented by this flux. The flux residues are non-corrosive.
