Description
Silver brazing alloy with 56 % Ag and a brazing temperature of at least 650 °C for brazing stainless steel, steel, malleable cast iron, copper, copper alloys, nickel and nickel alloys. For use in the medical and food sectors, among others. Also suitable for pipes for technical gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, CO2 and noble gases such as argon and helium. The solder joints are stable at operating temperatures from -200 °C to +200 °C. Bare silver solder is soldered with a flux according to DIN EN 18496 – FH 10 (‘CuFe No. 1’ paste or ‘CuFe P’ powder).
