Description

The SMD solder paste ISO-Cream® ‘’Clear‘’ Pb93Sn5Ag2 is a special paste with a high lead content of metal powder for the generation of high temperature resistant solder joints. This paste has excellent wetting properties and is ideal for soldering all surfaces commonly used in electrical assembly production, such as chem. Ni/Au, chem. Ag or OSP. The solder joints achieve a temperature resistance of 200 °C.
